Pedobear

A member with the same name as the infamous joke mascot for pedophiles. The user is unique, their IP / hostname do not match any other members, and the user is not using a proxy. Silverline was asked to ban the member, though as pedobear hasn't actually done anything wrong (yet?), this hasn't occured.
