The Community Forum was created by Silverline when the forums went to version 3. During its creation, the Welcome forum was changed into a subforum of it.

Posting
Posts in the Community forum are meant to be focused on the RMRK Community. Threads where members post information specific to themselves or discuss community events or matters all take place here. Occasionally, new members post their welcome threads here, though they are quickly moved into the appropriate Welcome forum.
At the time of this article, the Community forum was approaching 2,500 posts.
